Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an exchange, return, or repair. Returns

  • As long as the products do not have man-made damage, we can issue a refund for any reason within 30 days after you receive the products. However, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Returns for Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us atcontact@jokmaerazors.com; we are glad to help.

We cannot issue a refund if one of the following two situations occurs:

  1. Products are sent to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us first).

  2. You choose a cash-on-delivery return method.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

  • If you are returning for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving your returned product. The exchange time may vary depending on your location.

  • If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot process a refund if we do not receive your returned item.

  • Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regularly priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
